We are seeking a skilled and experienced car wash trainer for training new and existing car wash staff in all aspects of car cleaning and detailing, ensuring that employees are skilled in the latest techniques and follow the company's standards for quality and safety. The trainer will develop training programs, deliver hands-on demonstrations, and monitor employee performance to ensure that all car wash services meet customer expectations and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on training on car washing procedures, including the use of steamers, foam applicators, vacuum systems.
• Ensure that all employees are trained to follow the company’s SOPs to maintain consistency and efficiency in services.
• Train and promote staff on health and safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), handling chemicals, and operating machinery.
• Instruct staff on customer service best practices, ensuring positive interactions with customers.
• Teach employees how to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally.
• Reinforce the importance of delivering high-quality services that meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Provide regular feedback and training reports to management.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest car wash techniques, equipment, and cleaning products, ensuring training programs reflect industry best practices.
• Collaborate with other trainers, supervisors, and managers to develop training materials and improve the overall training process.

Skills Required

• A valid UAE no. 3 license with a clean driving record; ability to ride safely and confidently is a must
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to teach and engage learners with varying levels of experience.
• Patience, leadership, and interpersonal skills to coach and motivate team members.
• Problem-solving skills to identify training needs and resolve performance issues.
• High school diploma or equivalent (vocational or technical certification in automotive or detailing is a plus).
• Proven experience in car washing, auto detailing, or a similar role (experience in training or mentoring is preferred).
• Strong knowledge of car wash equipment, detailing products, and industry-standard cleaning techniques.
• Familiarity with safety protocols related to chemicals and equipment handling.
