E-Learning Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Content Development:
    • Collaborate with trainers to develop comprehensive training materials, including videos, syllabi, and manuals tailored to each vertical's specific requirements.
    • Design and produce engaging video-based content for all verticals (Fuel, Battery, Oil, and Tyre), accompanied by onboarding assessments for candidates through the Axonify platform.
    • Create topic-specific, bite-sized video content to facilitate accessible and ongoing learning.
  • LMS Management:
    • Manage user accounts within Axonify, including adding, updating, and tracking participants’ progress.
    • Schedule and assign Daily, Final, Semi-Annual, and Annual assessments via LMS to evaluate employee performance and skill development.
    • Assign relevant learning modules and assessments to employees, ensuring alignment with operational requirements.
    • Ensure all pilots are consistently completing assigned Axonify learning courses and assessments, maintaining accountability for their learning progress.
  • Performance Analysis:
    • Generate weekly performance reports from Axonify to analyze results, identify areas for further training or development, and make data-driven recommendations.
    • Develop daily reinforcement assessments to strengthen knowledge retention across all verticals.
  • Content Maintenance:
    • Build and maintain a library of quick instructional videos to provide on-demand field support and guidance.
    • Continuously update and manage training materials for all verticals, ensuring content is current, relevant, and easily accessible.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in designing training content with a focus on e-learning.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in video development tools and e-learning software such as Articulate Storyline 360, and other relevant tools.
  • Location: Must be based in the UAE and available for immediate joining.
  • Additional Qualities:
    • Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with trainers and other stakeholders.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Analytical skills to assess the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements.
