As a Business Manager at CAFU, you will be responsible for revenue growth and asset (mobile units) growth within the BOLT vertical (Car Wash, Battery Change, Oil Change, Tyre Change)

You will be sitting in a team that collaborates closely with Operations, Marketing, Data and Product.

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and flexible Senior Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in an agency setting, animation skills is a plus. This role requires a creative visionary who can lead design projects, and bring fresh ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of creative assets for various platforms, including digital, print, social media, and more.
• Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute innovative design solutions that align with client goals and brand guidelines.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand standards and client specifications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer in an agency or equivalent environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other relevant design tools.
• animation and motion graphics is a plus
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and typography.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective communication and presentation abilities.
