Key Responsibilities

• Conduct carwashes for customers using the CAFU pilot app, ensuring timely and efficient service
• Offer both steam wash and pressure wash options, tailored to customer preferences and vehicle requirements OR Offer both Exterior and Interior waterless wash, tailored to customer preferences and vehicle requirements
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation for all vehicles serviced
• Utilize professional techniques and tools to deliver superior carwash quality
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for each customer
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment
• Manage and maintain carwash equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition
• Monitor and report any issues or concerns related to the carwash process or equipment
• Driver will be required to follow all road/driving requirements such as speed limits, road restrictions, and defensive driving techniques they have been trained in
• Driver will be required to conduct carwashes safely and efficiently, following the training and SOPs given, ensuring no danger to property or public
• Wear full uniform and PPE while on duty

Skills Required

• A valid UAE no. 3 license or valid bike license with a clean driving record; ability to ride safely and confidently is a must
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Familiar with IOS/Android platforms and be able to use them effectively
• Ability to navigate routes on Apps and Technology Maps
