As a Business Manager at CAFU, you will be responsible for revenue growth and asset (mobile units) growth within the BOLT vertical (Car Wash, Battery Change, Oil Change, Tyre Change)

You will be sitting in a team that collaborates closely with Operations, Marketing, Data and Product.

Job Purpose

We are seeking a skilled designer to join our creative design team, specializing in creating digital assets such as CRM material mailers, in-apps, landing pages along with socials, paid ads. The ideal candidate should be proactive, capable of delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines, and adept at generating variations for A/B testing.

Key responsibilities

• Create digital assets starting from brainstorming to execution in collaboration with the team. 

• Design mailers and landing pages that align with brand objectives. 

• Make revisions and adjustments based on feedback from team members. 

Skills required

• 1 to 3 years proven experience as Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio. 

• Experience working collaboratively in a team environment. 

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)  

• Experience with Figma is a must.
