Key Responsibilities

  • Design architecture and drive business feature development and iteration for our core mobile applications (iOS & Android), ensuring high-quality product delivery.
  • Work closely with Product Managers and UI/UX designers to accurately implement design mockups and deliver a premium, smooth user interaction experience.
  • Lead Flutter-side performance optimization initiatives (e.g., rendering frame rate improvement, app size reduction, memory leak troubleshooting) to enhance overall app stability and loading speed.
  • Independently handles hybrid development between Flutter and Native (iOS/Android) for specific business scenarios, and packages and maintains custom Plugins.
  • Participate in code reviews, write high-quality, maintainable code, and drive mobile engineering best practices.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of Dart language features; proficiency in Flutter UI rendering mechanisms, Widget lifecycle, and various UI components.
  • Solid experience with mainstream Flutter state management solutions (e.g., Provider, BLoC, Riverpod, or GetX).
  • Familiar with Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Objective-C/Swift) native development, with the ability to write Platform Channels effectively.
  • Proficient with version control tools such as Git. Strong communication skills, a collaborative team player, and a strong curiosity for emerging technologies.
