We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Platform Product team, working on mission-critical systems that power our global infrastructure. Depending on your background and strengths, you'll focus on one or more of the following areas:

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Platform Product team, working on mission-critical systems that power our global infrastructure. Depending on your background and strengths, you'll focus on one or more of the following areas:

Compliance & Regulatory Products — Translating global regulatory frameworks (MiCA, VASP, MAS) into scalable product solutions; KYC/AML systems; market launch and business migration

User Account & Identity — Account architecture, authentication, security & risk control, user lifecycle management

Fund & Asset Infrastructure — Deposit/withdrawal systems, unified trading accounts, multi-chain asset management, RWA integration

AI-Powered Products — LLM/RAG/Agent applications for customer-facing and internal efficiency use cases

Define product strategy and roadmap for platform-level systems serving millions of global users

Translate complex business, regulatory, or technical requirements into clear product specifications

Drive cross-functional execution across engineering, design, compliance, and operations

Own end-to-end product delivery from discovery through launch and iteration

Build scalable product frameworks that balance user experience, security, and regulatory requirements

7+ years of product management experience, with 3+ years in relevant domains (compliance, account systems, payments/funds, or AI products)

Background in crypto exchanges, fintech, brokerage, or large-scale internet platforms

Strong systems thinking — comfortable with architecture-level product design

Proven ability to ship complex, cross-functional products in fast-moving environments

Excellent English communication skills for global stakeholder engagement

Data-driven decision making with strong analytical skills

Experience at leading crypto platforms or top-tier fintech/brokerage firms
-
Track record of 0-to-1 product launches in regulated or high-security environments

Understanding of blockchain infrastructure, multi-chain architecture, or on-chain asset management

Experience with LLM/AI product development and deployment at scale
