Senior Data Analyst
About Us
-
Analyze user behavior across multiple product lines — Futures, Options, TradFi perpetuals, and Loan — covering the full lifecycle from onboarding and first activation, to active usage patterns, retention, and churn signals
-
Build and maintain dashboards and automated reports tracking performance across all business lines, including trading volume, open interest, fee revenue, loan portfolio health, and key user indicators (activation rate, retention rate, revenue per user, NPL, etc.)
-
Conduct product-specific deep-dives as needed: futures trading strategy patterns, leverage usage, and liquidation dynamics; options volume breakdown, IV trends, and Greeks exposure; TradFi cross-asset attribution by product line; loan draw-down trends, repayment flows, and interest yield
-
Identify and segment high-value users across trading and lending verticals; model trading LTV, credit behavior, and strategy classification to support product design, fee structure optimization, and risk appetite decisions
-
Monitor data quality and integrity across trading and lending systems; surface and resolve metric discrepancies and anomalies
-
Support business, product, risk, and compliance teams with ad-hoc analyses, A/B test evaluation, and impact assessments for new products, feature launches, and campaigns
-
Develop and maintain data models and ETL pipelines covering futures, options, TradFi, and loan datasets
-
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders — product, risk, finance, operations, and compliance — to define metrics, align on data definitions, and standardize reporting frameworks
-
Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
