Role Overview

Own the product operations and content ecosystem of the in-app community. This role drives engagement, retention, and trading conversion through content distribution strategy, recommendation system optimization, and user growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

Own the growth of the in-app community by increasing active users, content participation and engagement.
Develop content distribution strategies and define recommendation algorithm requirements to improve content discovery and engagement.
Design and optimize user funnels to increase UGC participation, community interaction, and trading conversion
Use analytics and A/B testing to continuously improve retention, engagement, and product performance.
Partner with Growth, Marketing, Data, and Engineering teams to align community initiatives with broader platform goals.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in product operations, growth, or community product roles in internet or crypto platforms
Strong understanding of content distribution, recommendation systems, and user engagement strategies
Experience with platforms such as Binance Square or Bitget Plaza is a plus
Hands-on experience with data analysis and A/B testing
Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills
Fluent English; Chinese is a plus
