About Us
Responsibilities

Coordinate the execution of sponsorships, partnerships, and brand activations across regulated markets, ensuring timely delivery and high execution standards.

Support regional teams in identifying and evaluating sponsorship and partnership opportunities, helping to prepare proposals, business cases, and activation plans.

Plan and execute regional events, conferences, media engagements, and partner activations, managing timelines, vendors, logistics, and on-site operations.

Work closely with partners, agencies, media partners, and internal stakeholders to coordinate deliverables, resolve issues, and keep projects on track.

Collaborate with Marketing, PR, Content, Social, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure sponsorships, PR initiatives, and campaigns are well integrated and meet regulatory requirements.

Support PR initiatives by coordinating press events, media opportunities, speaking engagements, and announcement logistics alongside the Communications team.

Support contract administration, budget tracking, purchase requests, and other operational processes related to partnerships, PR activities, and events.

Track campaign, sponsorship, and PR performance, prepare post-event reports, and identify opportunities to improve future activations.

Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, media opportunities, and upcoming sponsorship opportunities, proactively bringing new ideas to the team.
Requirements

3–5 years of experience in sponsorships, partnerships, events, PR, marketing, or a related commercial role.

Proven experience coordinating projects involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Experience supporting media events, PR campaigns, or communications initiatives is an advantage.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Hands-on, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.

Experience working within fintech, crypto, financial services, sports, or other regulated industries is an advantage.

Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools is preferred.
