About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior VIP Relationship Specialist to join our VIP team in Brazil. In this senior role, you will serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for our high-value clients in the region. You will be responsible for elevating the customer experience, fostering long-term client loyalty, and leading localized initiatives to drive business success and market share within the Brazilian and broader LATAM crypto ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Management & Acquisition: Drive client acquisition and deliver high-touch relationship management for a dedicated portfolio of premium institutional and high-net-worth (HNW) clients in Brazil.

Relationship & Engagement: Build strong rapport and trust with existing VIP clients through frequent, personalized, and sustained communication, ensuring high retention and platform loyalty.

Process Optimization: Take ownership of designing and optimizing key customer service processes and systems tailored to the local market, establishing management rules, and tracking the life-cycle status of key accounts.

Data-Driven Analysis: Analyze client trading behaviors, identify unspoken or sophisticated needs, and prepare comprehensive key customer analysis reports to inform localized product and service strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the strategic liaison between Brazil VIP clients and internal stakeholders (Product, Compliance, Operations, and Tech teams) to deliver optimal, seamless, and compliant service solutions.
Qualifications

Proven Track Record: A well-established client network in Brazil/LATAM, including institutional clients, high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), family offices, private banking clients, brokers, or futures institutions.

Industry Experience: Direct experience working within crypto trading platforms, digital asset exchanges, or fintech pioneers is highly advantageous.

Financial Background: Minimum of 4-6 years of prior experience in sales, account management, or client services within international financial institutions, commercial/private banking, or asset management.

Language Proficiency: Native or bilingual fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is mandatory, along with professional proficiency in English for cross-border corporate communication.

Adaptability & Resilience: Proven ability to thrive under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and excel in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.

Crypto Passion: Demonstrates a deep enthusiasm for the web3 and cryptocurrency industry, with a sharp understanding of the latest trends, regulatory shifts, and innovations in the Brazilian market.
