About Us
About the Role
You will be an integral part of the Bybit Institutional COE team, driving campaign execution, brand content, and marketing operations for Bybit's institutional business. This is a hands-on role supporting the full marketing lifecycle, from campaign planning through to execution, reporting, and client engagement materials.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Operations
- Execute institutional marketing campaigns end-to-end, developing and managing action plans and marketing build requests
- Drive multi-channel campaign promotion across full-funnel institutional marketing
- Manage operational execution of campaign reward distribution for both INS and Broker campaigns, including drafting of action plan, coordination with campaign product & UED team for launch of customized landing page, submit application of budget for approval, provide creative direction and
- Maintain and update the campaign performance tracker and BI dashboard (in coordination with data team)
Brand & Content
- Set and enforce creative direction for all institutional-facing materials, ensuring alignment with Bybit Institutional's brand identity and tone of voice
- Develop and update sales enablement assets including promotional materials, pitch decks, and presentation materials
- Create content pillars and calendar for institutional social channels; manage execution in coordination with the creative and social media team
- Plan and execute festive engagement and holiday client greetings for key institutional clients
GTM & Partnership Support
- Support Product GTM planning, assist in developing go-to-market strategy and execution for new institutional product features and updates
- Support RWA partnership GTM, assist in PR, communications, education content, and client outreach for new RWA listings
- Assist in drafting key points and coordinating press releases and announcements for new partnerships
- Support social media activations and online campaign activations (landing pages, email campaigns) for partnership launches
Events
- Provide logistics and materials support for industry events, client meetups, and the annual institutional gala
Budget Support
- Assist in applications and tracking campaign budgets and OA approval processes
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, campaign management, or brand communications, preferably in fintech, crypto, or financial services
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Experience with content creation, social media management, and multi-channel marketing
- Proficiency in building decks and marketing collateral (PowerPoint, Canva, or similar)
- Familiarity with campaign performance tracking and reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; additional languages a plus
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working cross-functionally with creative, product, and data teams
