Job Responsibilities
1. Own the end-to-end user experience and growth system construction for overseas payment products. Cover core scenarios including user onboarding, cross-border transfers, daily transactions, and loyalty programs. Continuously optimize regional customer journeys, eliminate operational friction, and improve product conversion rate and user retention.
2. Lead the full lifecycle strategy, iteration and implementation of core overseas payment products. Iterate and polish core payment capabilities, optimize the entire user funnel, and streamline product usage, transaction fulfillment and rights & benefits processes to ensure smooth user experience and stable business operation.
3. Identify growth opportunities based on businessdata and regional market characteristics. Independently design A/B tests and product iteration solutions, and deliver growth initiatives including payment capability upgrades, product mechanism optimization, and partnership integration with payment service providers to expand product competitiveness.
4. Build and improve the core data indicator system for payment products. Continuously monitor business metrics, conduct in-depth project reviews, and optimize growth strategies and risk control models to drive sustainable growth in user scale, activity and commercial conversion efficiency.
5. Collaborate with regional partners and payment service providers to expand overseas payment capabilities and business coverage. Integrate regional compliance and regulatory requirements into the entireuser lifecycle to ensure compliant and stable business operation across global markets.
6. Partner with Marketing and Growth teams to launch user acquisition and engagement initiatives, including referral programs and activation campaigns. Leverage data insights to iterate strategies rapidly, scale up business growth, and build reusable growth methodologies for overseas payment products.
Job Requirements
1. 3-5 years of product growth experience in the Internet industry, with proven experience in overseas payment and cross-border financial product development and iteration, and successful end-to-end business growth cases.
2. In-depth understanding of full-link logic of overseas and cross-border payment products. Proficient in systematic growth methodologies including user segmentation,refined operation, channel expansion, conversion optimization and compliance linkage.
3. Strong data sensitivity and analytical capabilities. Able to independently conduct data analysis, design growth experiments and complete effect reviews to drive product iteration and data-based growth decisions.
4. Logical thinking and strong execution skills. Excellent cross-functional collaboration and project management capabilities to align internal teams, external partners and deliver growth targets efficiently.
5. Familiar with financial and payment compliance rules of different overseas regions. Prior experience in cross-border payment or global fintech product projects is preferred.
