Key Responsibilities

  • Provide legal advice and support on regulatory agreements, licensing requirements, and compliance obligations across various markets.
  • Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including vendor agreements, partnership arrangements, and service contracts.
  • Support corporate governance matters, including board resolutions, entity management, and internal controls.
  • Assist business stakeholders in interpreting regulatory developments and implementing practical frameworks to meet obligations.
  • Coordinate with external counsel on jurisdiction-specific matters, including (but not limited to) regulatory queries arising from the US and other regions.
  • Identify legal risks and propose balanced, business-aligned solutions.
  • Develop and maintain internal legal policies, templates, and knowledge resources.

Requirements

  • Qualified lawyer called to the bar in SG, MY, UK, or HK.
  • 3–6 years of experience in corporate, commercial, or regulatory legal work (in-house or private practice).
  • Strong drafting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple matters concurrently in a dynamic environment.
  • Exposure to international regulatory requirements is advantageous
