Lead the technical planning and execution of the AI algorithm team, overseeing core directions including intelligent customer service, large language model applications (GPT), and personalized recommendation (individualized user experience)

Drive the team's exploration of cutting-edge AI technologies; champion AI Native development practices to improve overall R&D efficiency

Lead the development of an AI platform, consolidating algorithmic capabilities and engineering infrastructure

Collaborate closely with product and business teams to translate AI capabilities into tangible business value

Recruit and develop algorithm talent; establish the team's technical culture and engineering standards

Track industry frontiers (LLM, Agent, RAG, multimodal, etc.) and provide technical judgment and actionable adoption roadmaps

Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field; Master's or PhD preferred

5+ years of AI/ML algorithm engineering experience, with 2+ years in team management

Proven hands-on experience in intelligent customer service, AIGC, or related areas

Deep expertise in recommendation systems, including the full pipeline of recall, ranking, and re-ranking, with experience deploying large-scale online recommendation systems

Hands-on experience with LLM productionization, including Prompt Engineering, RAG, Fine-tuning, and Agent frameworks, with real-world business application cases

Experience building enterprise knowledge bases, including document parsing, vectorization, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and knowledge graphs; experience building a knowledge base system from scratch

Strong business acumen — able to align algorithmic capabilities closely with business objectives

Excellent cross-team communication and collaboration skills; able to drive complex projects to completion

Experience participating in AI platform or MLOps infrastructure development

Background from a top-tier tech company or AI unicorn

Hands-on experience with AI coding / developer productivity tools (Cursor, Copilot, etc.)
