Role Overview
We are looking for a VIP COE Specialist to support the execution and day-to-day operations of VIP programs across regions. This role is focused on coordination, implementation, and continuous improvement of VIP initiatives, including campaigns, user journeys, events, and merchandising.
The role will work closely with Product, Marketing, VIP Relationship Managers (RMs), and regional teams to ensure smooth delivery of VIP programs and a consistent client experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, hands-on, and comfortable managing multiple operational workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support execution and ongoing improvement of VIP programs and user journeys across the client lifecycle
  • Coordinate with Product and Tech teams to implement campaign and experience enhancements
  • Track campaign performance and support reporting, insights, and continuous improvements
  • Support planning and execution of VIP events and engagement initiatives
  • Manage merchandising operations, including coordination with vendors and distribution across regions
  • Work closely with VIP Relationship Managers to ensure alignment and consistent execution
  • Support ongoing operational processes, including feedback tracking, reporting, and administrative coordination

Requirements
  • 2–5 years of experience in operations, campaign execution, or program coordination
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills across multiple stakeholders
  • Hands-on and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage concurrent initiatives
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Data-aware, with the ability to track performance and support basic analysis
  • Experience in events, logistics, or customer experience is a plus
