About the role

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for the full end to end recruitment of the global team across various departments from Commercial,  Compliance, Legal and Finance and continuously enhancing our selection process using data and candidate insights. Hiring is a key aspect of our daily operations and highly-skilled people play a critical role in our advancement and success of BVNK.

We are looking for an ambitious and highly efficient individual that can deliver results. A professional who can enhance our hiring process; by sourcing the best candidates to ensure that we have the most talented individuals part of our team. 

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner you will:

  • Work as an individual contributor within the talent team to oversee the company-wide recruitment timeline and achieve defined objectives.
  • Work with Hiring Managers to define the profiles and scope of responsibilities for specific roles based on immediate organisation needs, as well as design and implement winning sourcing strategies to fill critical positions
  • Utilise data-driven recruitment strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Assist in creating job descriptions and posting them online.
  • Proficiency in sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and recruitment technologies.
  • Ability to analyse specialised skills and qualifications to evaluate CV's.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence hiring decisions.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Conduct pre-screening calls to assess applicants' skills and cultural fit for the company.
  • Support managers with various interview techniques, including structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions.
  • Craft and send personalised recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
  • Participate in conferences and meetups to network with professionals
  • Promote company’s reputation as a great place to work
  • Keep up-to-date with new hiring trends

What we will need from you:

  • At least 5+ years previous sourcing and recruitement experience, preferably in the payments industry.
  • Experience working with various teams and hiring for roles including but not limited to; Commercial, Finance, Compliance, Legal, Marketing & Product
  • Experience with sourcing, engaging and activating passive candidates
  • A driven individual with a strong ownership mindset - you can demonstrate effectively owning recruitment processes and projects previously
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
  • Ability to anticipate needs and solve problems proactively
  • Strong multi-tasking skills with a comfort in maintaining multiple, often conflicting, priorities, and deadlines
  • Ability to think laterally
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
  • Self motivated and dependable
  • Adaptable, proactive and professional at all times
  • Consistency and accuracy
  • Strong research skills
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills

Nice to have:

  • Interest in the payments space and Stablecoins is a plus
  • Experience in a startup environment
  • Experience in hiring in a high-growth tech environment
  • Experience coaching hiring managers and helping them develop strategic recruiting plans
