About this role in the team:

As a Solutions Consultant (Crypto) at BVNK, you will be pivotal in guiding clients through the onboarding process and integrating them into our platform, ensuring exceptional service and value. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, customer-focused communication, and relationship-building skills to support clients throughout their journey with BVNK.

 

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with seamless integration of BVNK’s APIs, ensuring smooth technical onboarding.
  • Provide technical leadership, identifying best practices for API integration and offering ongoing support during implementation.
  • Conduct regular client check-ins to ensure successful integration, troubleshoot technical issues, and continuously drive value.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing insights to improve products and customer experience while supporting product development based on client needs.
  • Offer technical expertise during pre-sales engagements, addressing client inquiries and concerns.
  • Foster strong post-integration relationships with key clients, ensuring their technical needs are met and supporting their growth.

 

What we need from you:

  • In-depth technical knowledge of crypto payment rails; experience with stablecoins is a plus.
  • Proven experience in Sales Integration, Sales Onboarding, Customer Success, Solution Engineering, Technical Support, or Developer Relations.
  • Expertise in managing complex use cases and selecting the best tools to benefit clients.
  • Solid understanding of APIs and the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong prioritisation skills with a focus on efficiency and quality.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate client needs and enhance the user experience.
  • Based in Europe, the United Kingdom, or South Africa.
