The Role:

We are seeking a highly driven VP of Partnerships and Business Development to source and close large enterprise partnerships in the US. You will primarily be focused on product partnerships, enterprise deal-making, and business development, with PSPs, Big Tech, and key industry partners. 

While not directly responsible for a sales quota, you will be deeply integrated into the deal process, working closely with Commercial and Product teams from initial introductions to go-live.

 

Key Areas of Responsibilities:


 Product Partnerships & Business Development

    • Identify, initiate, and develop strategic partnerships with enterprise clients, with a focus on Big Tech, Global PSPs, and key industry players.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, highlighting BVNK’s value proposition and positioning stablecoins as the future of payments within traditional payments company boardrooms. 
    • Collaborate with Product and Commercial teams to ensure partnership strategies and revenue opportunities align with our product capabilities and roadmap.

Enterprise Deal-Making

    • Lead complex, high-value enterprise negotiations from initial contact to go-live, with support from the sales team.
    • Structure and execute partnership agreements that deliver long-term value for BVNK and its partners.
    • Cultivate and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with partners.

Strategic & Corporate Development

    • Influence BVNK’s GTM and enterprise sales strategies through market insights and partner feedback.
    • Support the identification of M&A opportunities and strategic investments that align with BVNK’s growth & product ambitions.
    • Build and maintain relationships with strategic investors to make sure BVNK capitalizes on long-term value-enhancing partnerships.
    • Build and maintain relationships with potential acquirers to position BVNK for future success.

Team Building & Leadership

    • Contribute to BVNK’s hiring strategy, helping to build a high-performing partnerships team.
    • Foster a collaborative culture between Product and Commercial teams to drive the seamless execution of enterprise deals.

Advocacy

    • Represent BVNK at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to strengthen the brand and position BVNK as a leader in stablecoin payments infrastructure.

 

What we need from you:

  • Proven Success: Demonstrated success in business development, partnerships, or corporate development, preferably in Payments, Crypto, or FinTech.
  • Technical Acumen: Strong ability to engage in deep product discussions and align technical capabilities with partner needs.
  • Enterprise-Level Expertise: Experience leading complex, high-value enterprise deals and partnerships.
  • Industry Network: A well-established network within Big Tech, PSPs, and key players in the stablecoin ecosystem is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional Communication: Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with confidence in engaging C-suite executives.
  • Strategic Vision: Ability to shape GTM strategies and influence product roadmaps.
  • Agility: Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth settings.
