We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Working Student to join our team and support day-to-day HR operations. In this role, you’ll play an integral part in shaping the employee experience and supporting the growth of a dynamic, high-growth SaaS company. From onboarding new team members and maintaining HR systems to contributing to internal initiatives and process improvements, you'll gain hands-on experience across various HR functions while helping to build a strong and people-focused organization.
What you'll do:
- Support day-to-day HR operations and contribute to creating a seamless employee experience.
- Assist with onboarding processes and ensure new hires have a smooth and welcoming start.
- Maintain and update employee data in our HR systems and ensure data accuracy across all platforms.
- Help administer employee benefits and support internal communication around HR-related topics.
- Contribute to the creation, execution, and evaluation of employee surveys.
- Support in building and maintaining HR reports, trackers, and documentation.
- Take part in the continuous improvement of HR processes and help implement new tools or initiatives.
- Assist our Operations Manager with general operations-related topics across the business.
What you'll need:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Availability to work 16-20 hours per week on a regular basis.
- A structured and detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
- A hands-on attitude and the ability to work independently on assigned tasks.
- Interest in HR topics and eagerness to learn about operational and strategic HR work.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; experience with HR tools is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English; German is a plus.
- Previous experience as a working student or intern in HR or an administrative role is an advantag
