Multimedia Content Specialist (m/f/d)

What you'll do:
We are looking for a Content Producer who combines creative vision with content ownership and web design capability. In this role, you will lead the production of high-quality multimedia and visual content (including videos, presentation assets, social visuals, and web content) and act as the design owner of our website, working directly in HubSpot to publish and optimize pages.
You will collaborate across the marketing team (Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Content, Events) to translate complex topics into visual content that performs. We are not just looking for a graphic designer or videographer, but for a creative project manager and visual storyteller who thrives on turning ideas into engaging experiences across all digital channels.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on production, creative ownership, and shaping how a modern SaaS brand shows up visually across touchpoints.
✨ Creative Strategy & Project Ownership:
- Act as creative lead and content producer for multimedia and visual content projects (video, web, presentations, etc.)
- Partner with internal stakeholders to translate campaign briefs, product stories, and customer insights into compelling content
- Own content production end-to-end: concepting, storyboarding, scenario creation, stakeholder coordination, asset creation, and final delivery
- Manage external freelancers or design resources as needed
🎬 Multimedia and Visual Content Production:
- Produce content including:
- Product walkthrough and explainer videos
- Customer testimonials
- Learning module or academy content
- Social video clips and visuals
- Event visuals and promo materials
- Presentation decks and one-pagers
- Diagrams & frameworks
- Data visualizations
- Maintain and manage a brand-aligned asset library
🌐 Website & Landing Page Design (Hubspot):
- Own visual consistency and design quality of our website
- Create and update landing pages in HubSpot (no coding required — SprocketRocket or similar builder in use)
- Collaborate with the Content and Demand Gen teams to build, test, and optimize high-converting pages
- Maintain a clean, high-performing brand web experience across all digital touchpoints
Quality Control & Brand Management:
- Ensure all content is consistent with brand guidelines, messaging, and tone
- Continuously review content performance insights and apply learnings to improve future projects
What you'll need:
- 2 - 4 years experience in multimedia content, visual production, or digital design role, ideally in B2B SaaS or a tech-driven industry
- Strong portfolio demonstrating video editing, design, and web content production
- Skilled in video editing and content creation tools (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Canva, Figma, or similar)
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot CMS or comparable landing page builders (e.g. WordPress, Webflow)
- Proven ability to manage content projects from concept to final delivery, juggling multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong storytelling instincts with an ability to translate complex topics into visual content that resonates
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Bonus: familiarity with web performance best practices (e.g. image optimization, responsive design)
- Creative mindset with a proactive and results-driven approach
- Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level or higher), both written and verbal
