As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be a driving force behind Buynomics' rapid growth. Your expertise and energy will attract and engage exceptional talent, while your strategic approach will ensure a seamless, high-caliber recruitment process from start to finish. What you'll do:
- Lead Full-Cycle Recruitment: Take ownership of the hiring process end-to-end, crafting compelling job descriptions, leading interviews, and negotiating offers to secure top talent.
- Source with Precision & Creativity: Identify and engage the best candidates through innovative sourcing channels, building pipelines that align with Buynomics' values and growth goals.
- Collaborate with Senior Leaders: Partner with the Management Team and Hiring Managers to assess hiring needs, refine strategies, and drive high-impact recruiting efforts.
- Manage Key External Relationships: Oversee collaborations with agencies and headhunters, ensuring streamlined and effective partnerships that support Buynomics’ fast-paced growth.
- Develop Scalable Processes: Create and implement standardized, efficient recruitment processes aligning with our goals and global reach.
- Champion Buynomics’ Brand: Act as an ambassador for Buynomics, sharing our mission and culture to attract top talent globally.
What you'll need:
- Degree in business, psychology, or related fields
- 5+ years in talent acquisition in-house, ideally in fast-paced tech environments with a track record of success in startup or scale-up contexts
- Proven expertise in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and managing external partnerships - hiring for roles across business units and seniorities.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the agility to adapt and thrive amid ambiguity
- Strong proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS tools (Greenhouse preferred)
- Stellar communication skills, empathy, and an energetic, candidate-centric approach
- Fluent in English; German or Spanish language skills are a plus
