Buynomics is building the operating system for commercial decisions. Every price a company sets, every promotion it runs, and every product it adds or removes is a bet on how shoppers will react. Most companies still make those bets in spreadsheets, one lever at a time. Our Virtual Shoppers AI simulates them instead, modeling millions of individual buying decisions so commercial teams can see the outcome before they commit. We have been building this technology since 2018, which, in this market, makes us one of the few companies whose AI is not a recent addition.

Buynomics began with a problem our founders kept encountering in consulting: good commercial teams running into the limits of the methods available to them. Today, we are 100 people representing 20 nationalities, working across Europe, the US, and APAC, with customers among some of the largest consumer goods and telecoms companies in the world and investors including Insight Partners and Forestay.

We are small enough that what you do is visible and big enough that it matters. End-to-end ownership means the work is genuinely yours, not routed through three approval layers before it reaches anyone. No bullshit means problems get named and fixed rather than managed. And radically challenging the status quo is not only why the product exists; it is also the fastest way to get something changed here, whatever your title.

The same applies to AI. Buynomics is an AI company in both directions: in what we build and in how we run. We work with Claude Cowork, we expect people to use the best tools available to them, and we would rather rethink how a job is done than inherit the way it has always been done.
