As our (Senior) HR Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Buynomics! You’ll lead the development of innovative HR strategies that drive a high-performance culture and support our rapid growth. Your expertise will guide the creation and implementation of processes that enhance the entire employee experience, ensuring that our talent is engaged, developed, and thriving.

You will oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from designing impactful onboarding experiences to fostering a culture of continuous development and managing transitions for a diverse, international team (Germany, Spain, USA, etc.). Your German labor law expertise and experience in fast-paced environments will be pivotal as we scale and drive innovation. You will collaborate closely with leadership to ensure our workplace remains dynamic, inclusive, and aligned with local and global business goals.

What you'll do: 

  • Drive key HR initiatives that enhance our organizational culture and boost employee engagement
  • Manage day-to-day HR administration, including documentation, contract management, and payroll preparation
  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle, focusing on creating exceptional onboarding experiences and supporting career development
  • Automate and streamline HR processes to make things more efficient
  • Serve as the primary HR contact for our teams Worldwide (Germany, Spain, Netherlands, UK, USA, and more!) providing expert guidance and support
  • Implement and refine programs around compensation, benefits, performance management, and people development to improve employee satisfaction
  • Stay updated on German labor laws and best practices to ensure compliance; knowledge of Spanish labor law is a plus
  • Help foster an exciting workplace culture where everyone can thrive and succeed

What you'll need:

  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • In-depth knowledge of German labor law (Spanish labor law knowledge is a plus)
  • Several years of experience as a People Manager/HR Manager in Germany, ideally within a growing tech startup or fast-paced environment
  • A strong grasp of HR processes and the ability to tailor them to meet organizational needs
  • Fluency in both German and English
