What you'll do:

  • Monthly reporting, account research, creating lead lists, lead enrichment, drafting inbound and outbound sequences.
  • Supporting BDRs with more value-adding activities and working on all BD operations projects
  • Drive the identification of new key contacts and target industries/companies through in-depth research and a variety of outbound activities
  • Track and manage lead inflow and qualification
  • Execute outbound plans to reach prospects through innovative, strategic approaches
  • ​​Drive sales opportunities by expanding the prospect pipeline and optimizing industry-specific communication

What you'll need:

  • Be a student or recent graduate in sales, marketing, or business-related courses
  • Track record of demonstrated achievements academically, and/ or in extracurriculars
  • Pronounced communication skills and passion for client interaction
  • Ability to manage time effectively, work independently, and be self-motivated
  • Have a commercial mindset and desire to improve your understanding of growing a business
  • Eagerness to learn and to have an impact from “Day 1”
  • Hands-on mentality and ability to challenge the status quo continuously
  • Working proficiency in English is required. Fluency in other European languages is a plus.
  • Relevant experience in sales or business development, as well as familiarity with Hubspot, Outreach, or LinkedIn, are beneficial.
  • Experience in a startup or SaaS/Tech environment is also considered an asset.
