Develop and execute impactful influencer marketing strategies that drive authentic brand storytelling and meaningful audience connections.
Project Brief & Scope:
Strategy & Planning
- Develop a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy aligned with client goals.
- Define campaign objectives, target audience personas, and KPIs.
- Create a roadmap with timelines, budget allocations, and key milestones.
Influencer Identification & Outreach
- Identify, vet, and recruit influencers aligned with the brand’s values and audience.
- Develop influencer briefs outlining deliverables, messaging, and campaign expectations.
- Build and maintain strong influencer relationships for seamless collaboration.
Creative Content Development
- Develop 3-5 creative campaign concepts based on influencers' styles and brand messaging.
- Define key content themes, hooks, and storytelling approaches.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and ensure brand consistency.
Campaign Execution & Oversight
- Create a detailed campaign rollout plan, including content approval processes and publishing schedules.
- Lead end-to-end campaign management, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
- Oversee coordination between influencers, internal teams, and client stakeholders.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Set up real-time performance tracking dashboards (reach, engagement, ROI).
- Deliver post-campaign reports with KPI analysis and campaign impact reviews.
- Provide recommendations for future campaigns based on data-driven insights.
Client Collaboration & Communication
- Act as the primary client contact, providing campaign updates and strategic recommendations.
- Lead client-facing presentations highlighting campaign results, insights, and next steps.
- Offer expert guidance on campaign growth and optimisation opportunities.
