Bitpanda Enterprise is our B2B offering which allows our institutional clients to accelerate their digital transformation by offering a completely digital trading platform to their customers. By leveraging our next generation API's, traditional banks and next generation FinTechs are able to seamlessly offer their clients access to trading crypto, stocks, ETFs and metals, all the while maintaining their own branding and user experience.

Your mission

As a Go Developer at Bitpanda Enterprise, you’ll join the Core Platform team; the backbone that keeps everything fast, reliable, and scalable. You’ll take real ownership of internal APIs and core services, shaping how systems perform at scale. Expect to work on high-impact problems, push performance boundaries, and build systems that don’t fall over the moment things get interesting. With over 35+ million end users, there's always something exciting to tackle as we go global with Enterprise.

What you’ll do:

• Design and build high-performance, scalable, message-driven services in Golang; built to handle real-world load.
• Write clean, production-grade code with serious test coverage.
• Collaborate with sharp engineers to challenge ideas, refine architectures, and ship better solutions faster.
• Build secure, resilient systems that hold up under pressure and scale without drama.
• Help evolve a modern microservices architecture that enables a seamless experience for developers and users.

Who you are:

• A well seasoned senior engineer who has built enterprise grade systems that are in production; bonus points for high traffic B2C/White-label products.
• You've been using Golang for at least 2+ years and have a true passion to drive adoption across the industry.
• Comfortable working with both relational and NoSQL databases and a strong understanding of APIs (REST, GraphQL, gRPC) and when each makes sense
• Hands-on experience with event-driven systems and message brokers like Kafka, RabbitMQ or SQS
• Familiar with AWS (EKS, DynamoDB, Secrets Manager) and not intimidated by cloud-native environments
