At Brandwatch, a Cision company, our Sales Development team plays a crucial role in generating new business opportunities, and we’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and focus on the Italian market. As an SDR, you'll help build our pipeline by researching and engaging potential accounts, scheduling meetings, and creating sales opportunities for our Account Executives.
Who you’ll be:
- The face of Brandwatch in Italy, acting as the first point of contact for potential customers.
- An expert in Brandwatch's products and services, ready to share this knowledge with prospects.
- A collaborative team player, working closely with an Italian Account Executive to drive new business opportunities and revenue.
- A proactive individual, staying up-to-date with industry news and competitor activities.
How you will do it:
- Manage all inbound leads from the Italian market, coming from the website, webinars, events, and contact forms.
- Generate outbound leads through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach (500+ activities weekly).
- Contact a predefined list of Italian accounts, including agencies, mid-market brands, and strategic enterprises, to pitch Brandwatch technologies.
- Nurture prospects who are not yet ready for the next stage.
- Collaborate with the team and manager for training and development programs.
What you will need:
- A background in sales, BDR, marketing, SaaS, or a passion for developing a career in sales.
- Native Italian language skills and excellent written and spoken communication.
- Fluency in English (communication with teams and training is in English).
- A motivated and determined mindset to exceed targets.
- Creative thinking when reaching out to potential new accounts.
- Strong time management and planning skills.
- Team player attitude with a commitment to teamwork.
