Lead Flutter Developer

✅ Responsibilities:
✔️Lead and coordinate the mobile development team, making sure things run smoothly and goals are met
✔️Take ownership of maintaining our current app portfolio and help drive the move toward a new architecture
✔️Improve how the team works: contribute to planning, grooming, tech discussions, and estimations
✔️Review code regularly, share feedback, and help team members grow through coaching and support
✔️Make architectural decisions and keep our solutions aligned with business and tech needs
✔️Promote knowledge sharing and encourage new ideas and best practices across the team.
✔️Leadership & Experience:
- Experience leading a development team or playing a senior role with team responsibilities
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- 5+ years of experience in mobile app development (Android and/or iOS)
- Solid understanding of mobile architecture and platform-specific best practices
- Experience working with REST APIs and sockets.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter
- Strong knowledge of Dart, especially around async programming (Streams, RxDart)
- At least one Flutter app released in production (App Store or Google Play).
- Solid grasp of OOP and SOLID principles
- You care about clean, maintainable code and help others write it too.
