Immigration Specialist

We are currently looking for an Immigration Specialist to join our team in Poland.

This is a fully on-site position from Warsaw office!

✅ Responsibilities:

• Conducting the onboarding process for new hires
• Managing the legalisation processes related to the residence and employment of foreign nationals in Poland
• Representing clients before administrative authorities (Voivodeship Offices, Labour Offices, the Office for Foreigners)
• Preparing applications for temporary residence permits and work permits for foreign nationals
• Drafting and compiling documentation required for administrative proceedings
• Coordinating, monitoring, and archiving document flow
• Overseeing the preparation and execution of employment contracts

✅ Requirements:

• Excellent command of English and Polish minimum level B2
• Proven experience in HR administration or operations for the Polish market, preferably in an international environment.
• Experience with HRIS systems.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
• Proficient in Google suite, Slack.
• Strong communication skills and a service-oriented attitude.
