Game UI Lead

✅ Requirements:

✔️Experience working on game projects and creating game interfaces.

✔️Worked collaboratively with in-house and outsourced studies to create art, animations, sound, and assets needed to flesh out game UI.

✔️Experience managing an internal UI Design team, or a UI production stage with outsourced resources.

✔️Understanding and working with player game loops.

✔️Understanding user retention in the game cycle.

✅ Responsibilities:

✔️Coordinate the Game UI Design Team.

✔️Participate in quarterly project planning.

✔️Define UI design workflow and assign roles based on business requirements.

✔️Contribute to the design and art roadmap together with the Project Managers.

✔️Oversee and review design outputs to ensure quality and consistency.

✔️Provide regular design feedback and mentorship to team members.

✔️Present concepts and final designs to stakeholders; manage feedback loops and implementation.

✔️Collaborate with developers to ensure the feasibility and technical alignment of designs.

✔️Identify and escalate risks, initiate resolution processes as needed.

✔️Take hands-on ownership in urgent or critical situations.
