
HR Operations Specialist

Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive HR Operations Specialist to support our HR team in managing administrative tasks, coordinating onboarding processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies. This role is perfect for someone eager to grow in the HR field and develop a strong foundation in HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in onboarding new employees, ensuring all necessary documents are prepared.
- Coordinate arrivals of new hires, working closely with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Help prepare and manage documents such as contracts, NDAs, and tax forms.
- Provide employees with clear explanations of HR policies and documentation.
- Support HR operations by updating HRIS data, assisting with report generation, and maintaining HR documentation.
- Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Some experience in an administrative or HR support role is preferred.
- Basic understanding of HR processes and interest in learning more about labor laws and regulations.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Russian or Greek is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
