Project Manager - Strategic Projects

❗️IMPORTANT: This position is on-site in Valencia, Spain.

❗️We can provide relocation assistance if you're outside of the city or country.

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our development team in Spain, Valencia. You will be working on our proprietary payment products and will be the main point of contact for them. 

✅ What We’re Looking For

✔️ 3+ years of experience in the IT sector;
✔️ Deep understanding of Agile principles and hands-on experience with Scrum and Kanban;
✔️ Familiarity with the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC);
✔️ Proven leadership experience in managing or coordinating teams;
✔️ Comfortable working with tools like Jira and Confluence;
✔️ Strong communicator with excellent verbal and written English (Upper-Intermediate or above);
✔️ Skilled in time management, task prioritization, and deadline-driven environments;
✔️ Confident decision-maker with a proactive approach to problem-solving;
✔️ Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced setting.

✅ Bonus Points For

✔️ Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PSM, or similar);

✔️Experience in mobile development.

✅ What You’ll Do

✔️ Own and drive the day-to-day execution of projects;
✔️ Coordinate and support development teams to meet goals and deadlines;
✔️ Monitor timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure project success;
✔️ Report on progress, track efforts, and provide clear updates to stakeholders;
✔️ Identify risks early and implement mitigation plans;
✔️ Keep all project documentation organized, clear, and up to date.
