
HR Manager Armenia

We are looking for a proactive HR & Administration Manager to lead all HR and administrative functions in our Armenia office. You will ensure compliance with local labor laws, implement best practices, and contribute to attracting, retaining, and developing top talent in the fast-growing iGaming industry.
Key Responsibilities:

HR Strategy: Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with company goals. Collaborate with senior leadership to support the company’s growth ambitions.

Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, managing performance, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.

Compliance: Ensure full compliance with Armenian labor laws and company policies. Stay informed on legislative changes and proactively address risks.

HR Operations: Manage daily HR activities including payroll, employee records, and HRIS. Optimize processes to increase efficiency.

Employee Engagement: Lead initiatives to boost employee motivation and create a positive workplace culture.

Global Collaboration: Work closely with our global HR teams on talent acquisition, training, compensation, and benefits projects.

Employer Branding: Support employer branding efforts to attract and retain the best talent in the industry.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a local HR team of 2-3 professionals, fostering their growth and performance.

Office Administration: Oversee smooth office operations and maintain a productive work environment.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are a plus.

Minimum 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in iGaming or technology sectors.

Strong knowledge of Armenian labor laws and compliance requirements.

Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
