Role Overview

We’re seeking a dynamic Communications & PR Manager with a strong journalistic flair to craft and disseminate compelling narratives about BrainRocket’s journey, innovations, and culture. This role is pivotal in enhancing our brand presence, managing media relations, and ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies to elevate BrainRocket’s brand visibility.
• Craft engaging content, including press releases, articles, blog posts, and executive speeches.
• Foster and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
• Monitor media coverage and prepare regular reports on PR metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
• Manage crisis communications and uphold the company’s reputation.
• Oversee internal communications, including newsletters and employee engagement initiatives.
• Stay abreast of industry trends to inform and adapt communication strategies.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in journalism, corporate communications, or public relations.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with a portfolio showcasing diverse content.
• Proven track record in media relations and securing press coverage.
• Strong understanding of digital media landscapes and content distribution channels.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the tech or software development industry.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization.
• Knowledge of social media management and analytics tools.
• Multilingual capabilities are a plus.
