Support Manager for Claw Machine

Requirements/Qualifications:
- Ability to work in multitasking environment
- Good verbal and written communication English skills
- Basic knowledge of operating the computer/phone/tablet
- Experience in the maintenance the slot machines (repair and installation)
- Fault find and determine the causes of equipment, component, and system failure
Responsibilities:
- Operate with the chat-bots on the phone/tablet/laptop
- Adding the prizes to the claw machines
- Report to managers about issues with the machine or support bots
- Fault find and determine the causes of equipment, component, and system failures
