Italian VIP Customer Support

We're looking for an Italian VIP Customer Support Agent to handle inquiries from our high-value players and ensure a premium service experience — especially during night shifts, five days a week with rotating weekends.

Requirements:
  • Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken
  • Proactive with strong customer service or sales skills
  • Great communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Detail-oriented and customer-focused
  • Experience in iGaming or VIP support is a plus
Responsibilities:
  • Handle VIP customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone
  • Maintain personal, long-term relationships with VIPs
  • Collaborate with the VIP team for smooth service delivery
  • Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
  • Work night shifts (5 PM–2 AM), 5 days/week, including rotating weekends
