As we continue to expand, we are looking for a proactive and dynamic HR Manager to join our team and support our growing company.

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated HR Manager to take full ownership of all HR functions in our office in Belgrade. As the sole HR professional in our team, you will play a key role in shaping our culture, managing talent acquisition, and ensuring a positive and productive work environment. You will partner closely with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s growth and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring we attract and hire top talent.
  • Foster a positive work culture, address employee concerns, and develop initiatives to improve team satisfaction and retention.
  • Implement and manage performance evaluation processes, support professional growth, and provide feedback mechanisms.
  • Develop and enforce HR policies, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and best practices.
  • Oversee payroll processes, manage employee benefits programs, and ensure competitive compensation structures.
  • Identify training needs, organize learning initiatives, and support career growth opportunities.
  • Plan and execute team-building activities and company events to enhance collaboration and morale.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2+ years in an HR role, preferably in a startup or fast-growing company.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field would be an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, recruitment strategies, and employee engagement.
  • Proactive, independent, and a problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Comfortable using HR software and digital tools to streamline processes.
