Brainrocket is looking for a Lead Technical Integration Manager to join the Referon team — a modern affiliate tracking platform serving clients worldwide.

In this role:

• You will work closely with the Head of Integrations to lead complex client migrations, oversee integration projects, and set best practices for future scalability.
• You will act as a vital bridge between clients, the product, and the development team — ensuring seamless onboarding, successful migrations from competitor platforms (such as Affilka, NetRefer, MyAffiliates, etc.), and high technical standards throughout the integration journey.
• You are expected not only to assist but to take ownership and leadership of integration processes, client communications, and internal resource coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Client-Facing Integration Leadership:

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients during migrations and integrations.
• Clearly explain how Referon's APIs, tracking mechanisms, and reporting systems operate.
• Provide technical consultations and recommend best practices for smooth integrations.
• Collect, clarify, and document detailed client requirements

✅ Migration Project Management:

• Lead and coordinate client migrations from platforms such as Affilka, NetRefer, and MyAffiliates.
• Develop detailed migration plans, roadmaps, and risk assessments.
• Oversee migration execution, ensuring deadlines, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Perform validation testing to ensure data integrity and operational reliability.

✅ Technical Documentation and Knowledge Management:

• Maintain and enhance internal and client-facing technical documentation.
• Develop comprehensive API guides, FAQs, integration templates, and troubleshooting resources.
• Identify and escalate critical issues during migration or integration phases proactively.

✅ Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate closely with the Referon development, product, and QA teams.
• Define and prioritize technical requirements and user stories for integration projects.
• Actively participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and technical workshops.
• Support QA processes to ensure successful delivery of integration and migration initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

🎯 3+ years of experience in technical product management, integration management, solution engineering, or technical project leadership.

🎯 Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, data structures, and integration workflows.

🎯 Experience working with affiliate systems, CRM platforms, or tracking solutions is a strong advantage.

🎯 Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

🎯 Hands-on experience with technical onboarding or migration projects.

🎯Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

🎯 Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and project ownership mindset.

🎯 Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (B2+ minimum).

🎯Bonus: Knowledge of SQL/databases and affiliate marketing ecosystems.
