The Vice President of Human Resources (VP of HR) is a critical business leader, deeply embedded in shaping and executing the company’s strategic direction through human capital and organizational design. This role serves as a trusted advisor to the executive leadership team, ensuring the HR strategy directly drives business outcomes, organizational agility, and transformational growth.
This position requires a strategic, hands-on leader with a strong track record of building HR functions that are tightly aligned to fast-paced, high-growth business environments. We are looking for an HR leader who will partner intensively with the business to drive transformational change and business results — the sky truly is the limit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Business Partnership: Act as a close partner to the Leadership team, embedding HR into business planning and execution to drive operational and strategic goals.
- Organizational Design and Development: Architect scalable organizational structures that support business growth, market expansions, and evolving business models. Lead initiatives to reshape teams and capabilities in alignment with business strategy.
- Business Transformation: Drive and support business transformation initiatives, ensuring HR plays a key role in enabling structural, cultural, and operational shifts across the organization.
- Business Metrics and HR Analytics: Build a rigorous, data-driven HR environment. Develop and track HR and organizational KPIs that align with business priorities, offering actionable insights to guide leadership decisions.
- Change Management: Lead change management efforts related to organizational growth, restructuring, or strategic shifts, ensuring smooth transitions and sustained employee engagement.
- Operational Excellence: Implement HR frameworks and operational models that improve organizational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and performance outcomes.
- HR Initiatives: Lead strategic HR projects focused on organizational effectiveness, leadership capability building, and business-driven workforce planning.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience: Proven success in HR executive leadership roles supporting large-scale, global, and fast-scaling businesses. Experience in highly regulated or dynamic industries (such as iGaming) is a strong advantage.
- Matrixed Business Success: Demonstrated track record of success in complex, matrixed global organizations.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Certifications: Professional HR certifications such as SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent are preferred.
