The Vice President of Human Resources (VP of HR) is a strategic and operational leader responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and direction of the organization. This role focuses on areas such as talent management, organizational and performance management, training and development. The VP of HR provides leadership by addressing business needs and plans in people agenda to the executive management team, shareholders, and the board of directors.

This position requires a strategic and hand-on leader with a proven track record in partnering from HR perspective large, complex and growing intensively teams. We are looking for a leader who will bring the company and the team to the next level — the sky really is the limit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Provide insightful and credible HR perspective to management.
  • Talent Management: Implement robust talent management processes to identify and develop high-potential employees. Drive succession planning efforts to ensure leadership continuity and development.
  • Organizational Development: Lead organizational development initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness and performance.
  • Performance Management: Implement effective performance appraisal systems and processes for the fast-growing and changing organization. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance issues.
  • Employee Relations: Handle complex employee relations issues. Oversee the resolution of employee complaints and grievances.
  • HR Metrics and Analytics: Develop HR metrics and analytics approach to create a solid base for strategic decision-making, identification of trends and areas for improvement.
  • HR Projects and Initiatives: Lead and manage HR projects and initiatives. Implement HR technology solutions to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Oversee employee wellness, well-being and engagement programs. Manage change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during organizational changes.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience as HRD or in a senior HR leadership role supporting big global teams. In-depth knowledge of iGaming markets, regulations, and industry trends would be a great advantage.
  • Matrixed Business Success: Clear history of success in large matrixed businesses.
  • Certifications: Professional HR certifications such as SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent are preferred.

  • Change Management: Experience in leading and managing change within an organization.
  • Ethics and Integrity: High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
