We are hiring an experienced Facility Manager to oversee the operation, maintenance, and improvement of our properties. This role involves strategic planning, vendor management, budgeting, and ensuring high standards of safety and efficiency across all facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage daily facility operations across multiple sites.

  • Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.

  • Manage vendor contracts and service level agreements (SLAs).

  • Prepare and manage facility-related budgets and cost reports.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

  • Oversee renovations, equipment upgrades, and space planning initiatives.

  • Develop policies and procedures to improve facility efficiency.

  • Supervise and support staff.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for facility-related issues and emergencies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or related field.

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in facilities management.

  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills.

  • Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and compliance standards.

  • Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships.

  • Proficiency in facility management\project management software is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
