We are seeking an experienced and diligent Senior Software Developer to join our team with a strong focus on webMethods.io technologies. This role requires a highly skilled professional capable of working independently, taking ownership of projects, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of webMethods.io integration, strong development skills, and experience in testing to ensure the robustness of the solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement scalable integration solutions using webMethods.io technologies.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring quality, performance, and timely delivery.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while actively collaborating with other team members to solve complex problems.
• Create clear and maintainable code that adheres to best practices and coding standards.
• Perform testing (unit, integration, and end-to-end) to ensure the functionality and stability of developed solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments to maintain uptime and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide innovative solutions.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of development processes, system configurations, and implementation details.
• Continuously stay up-to-date with the latest webMethods.io and industry best practices to improve development processes and outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in developing solutions using webMethods.io integration platform.
• Strong understanding of integration concepts and web services (SOAP, REST, APIs).
• Experience with testing frameworks and practices, including unit testing and integration testing.
• Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or similar technologies.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Excellent attention to detail, ensuring high-quality code and system performance.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with cloud technologies and deployment methods.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Certifications in webMethods or related technologies are a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with test management tools such as TestRail.
• Experience with version control tools (Github).
