Our CRM department is key to customer engagement, retention, and personalization strategies. As we expand, we are looking for a Team Lead Regional CRM Manager to oversee and optimize CRM operations across multiple regions.

This is a leadership role for someone who can manage regional CRM managers, drive data-driven marketing strategies, and maximize player engagement. If you are passionate about CRM, analytics, and creating high-impact campaigns, we want to hear from you!

Your Role:

As a Team Lead Regional CRM Manager, you will:
โœ… Develop and implement regional CRM strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty.
โœ… Lead and mentor CRM managers, ensuring best practices and performance optimization.
โœ… Leverage data analytics to refine customer segmentation and lifecycle strategies.
โœ… Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align CRM efforts with business goals.
โœ… Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of CRM tools and technologies.
โœ… Define and track key CRM KPIs, providing insights to improve performance.
โœ… Customize CRM strategies to fit cultural and market-specific needs.

What Weโ€™re Looking For:

โœ”๏ธ 3+ years of CRM management experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
โœ”๏ธ Strong expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Adobe Campaign, or similar).
โœ”๏ธ Data-driven mindset, with a focus on segmentation, lifecycle management, and retention.
โœ”๏ธ Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
โœ”๏ธ Ability to collaborate across departments and drive customer engagement initiatives.
โœ”๏ธ Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
โœ”๏ธ Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
