BrainRocket is looking for an experienced Car Fleet Manager to oversee our vehicle operations, manage purchases and rentals, and ensure seamless fleet maintenance. If you have experience in fleet management, strong negotiation skills, and a keen eye for detail, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the condition and operation of the company's vehicle fleet.
• Planning and organizing car purchases (BMW), liaising with dealers and car manufacturers.
• Managing car rental processes and cooperating with rental companies.
• Organizing vehicle maintenance and repairs.
• Arranging and monitoring insurance policies.
• Handling incidents, resolving insurance claims, and managing fines.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of the automotive market and experience working with car dealers and leasing companies 
• Strong negotiation and document management skills.
• Responsibility, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
• Fluent English, Russian language would be considered as an advantage
