BrainRocket is looking for a Medical/Health Coordinator to oversee employee healthcare benefits, manage insurance policies, and ensure smooth communication between employees and healthcare providers. This role is crucial in maintaining a well-structured healthcare support system within the company.
Please note that this position has 9 month fix contact with further possibility to extend
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage health insurance plans for all employees

Register employees and their family members with the General Health System (GESY)

Upload relevant insurance certificates to BambooHR and proactively inform employees about their insurance benefits

Provide payroll with detailed information on employee absences, including unpaid leave, sick leave, maternity/paternity leave, and parental leave.

Offer support and guidance to employees with health-related concerns and inquiries

Review health insurance invoices and forward them to the accounting department for processing

Prepare and submit applications for maternity, paternity, parental, and sick leave as per company policies

Employees registration to ERGANH platform

Organize and distribute baby boxes to employees welcoming a newborn

Register employees for the company’s well-being program, promoting overall health and wellness
Requirements:
- Experience in health administration, insurance coordination, or HR-related healthcare roles would be an advantage
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
