We are looking for an Italian Sports book Risk Manager experience in both ADM licences and sports book risk management.

Responsibilities: 

• Analysing daily/weekly/monthly trends and performance
• Providing fact-based recommendations and actions to the Sports team and decision makers
• Collaborating with all relevant internal departments to improve player focus and bonus usage optimisation
• Checking and preparing multiple reports related to our Sportsbook product
• Profiling  clients and customer groups
• Mark and grade individual customers based on betting pattern and behaviour
• Monitor incoming Sports bets
• Creating tailored bonus plans for specific customers
• Constant collaboration with all relevant departments
• Managing sportsbook product risk
• Constant checking of history and trends within our client base
• Identifying bonus abuse and fraudulent activity
• Monitoring and analysing data in a number of tools simultaneously
• Identifying and implementing ways of improving the workflow and optimising efficiencies

Requirements: 

• More than 3 years of experience with ADM license and sports book risk management 
• Deep analysis of betting patterns and trends in Sports book
• Extensive interest in sport and understanding of betting
• Proactive, results driven and hands-on approach towards problem solving
• Ability to work independently and part of a team
• Good English communication skills
• Experience working with MS Office applications
