Automation QA Engineer - Portugal

⚡ We are looking for an Automation QA Engineer to join our development team in Lisbon. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products by designing, implementing, and executing automated tests across web applications, APIs, and platforms. This is a hands-on role where your expertise in automation frameworks and testing methodologies will help us deliver robust and scalable solutions.

🎯 Your Mission
Design and execute automated testing strategies, ensuring high-quality software delivery through well-structured test plans, scripts, and reports while collaborating closely with developers and QA teammates.

✅ Responsibilities
• Design, create, and run automated test scripts
• Build and maintain test plans, test runs, and test reports
• Execute regression, smoke, and performance tests
• Collaborate with developers and QA peers to ensure effective automation coverage
• Contribute to building and improving automation testing frameworks and processes

✅ Requirements
• 3+ years of experience as an Automation QA Engineer
• Strong experience with Python and Selenium or Playwright
• Solid understanding of HTTP requests and API testing
• Good knowledge of SQL
• Experience working with Docker
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with object-oriented programming languages
• Experience using Git and version control best practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills (local and remote teams)
• Advanced level of English (spoken and written)

✅ Nice to Have
• Experience with GraphQL testing
• Experience testing mobile applications
• Experience testing billing systems
