Head of Construction

We are seeking an experienced Head of Construction to lead and manage all renovation and construction projects within our company (offices in Cyprus and several other European locations). This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of both external and internal works, overseeing suppliers, budgets, and project timelines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with a proven ability to navigate multiple timelines within complex, large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage renovation and construction projects, including external and internal works.
• Oversee subcontractors, ensuring timely, quality execution.
• Manage internal teams of technical supervisors and engineers.
• Handle procurement, approvals, licensing, and compliance.
• Drive suppliers and contractors to meet deadlines
• Oversee large-scale maintenance tasks and facility upgrades for a company with over 2,500 employees.
• Lead construction and acquisition of new office buildings.

Candidate Requirements:

• Extensive experience in construction management.
• Proven track record in managing subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Strong skills in budgeting, procurement, and compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
• Strategic decision-maker, balancing quality and speed in fast-paced projects.
