Job Title: Senior Recruiter – Marketing
Location: Cyprus office or Remote

What You’ll Do:

• Partner with our amazing hiring managers to find and hire top-tier marketing rockstars (think: Digital Marketing Gurus, Affiliates, Creative Wizards, SEO Ninjas, etc).
• Source like a pro—social media, referrals, job boards, you name it.
• Keep candidates smiling with a smooth, exciting, and memorable hiring experience.
• Build talent pipelines so full they’re practically overflowing.
• Share insights and ideas that make us even better at finding and keeping the best talent.
• Track your wins and show off the metrics—because numbers tell stories, too.

• A recruitment superstar with experience hiring marketing pros(like a plus).
• Someone who gets marketing—its roles, lingo, and the magic it brings.
• A master communicator who can charm candidates and align with hiring managers.
• Organized, creative, and always two steps ahead.
• Bonus points if you love data, trends, and all things recruitment tech.
• English - upper intermediate.
